Harvested from high mountain wild tea gardens, this Shou Mei is made from mature tea leaves that have been sun-aged for years, allowing a deep, mellow character to develop. Through the Ice-Brew Extraction method, its subtle aged aroma and earthy sweetness are slowly awakened at low temperatures. The liquor glows a warm amber-yellow, with a cool, smooth entry and notes of red date, soft wood, and aged undertones. In the chill lies warmth, and with each sip, the depth gently unfolds.
